More data collected than ever. Never actually put to use.

Athletes have never measured their activity and physiological state so closely. Watches, wearables and sensors collect dozens of data points every day: sleep, HRV, heart rate, load, power, pace, and more. This data makes it possible to better understand the current form, recovery and how the body responds to training. But this data is rarely analysed, interpreted and built into the preparation. It is scattered across several devices and apps, while the plan, sessions, recovery and nutrition are often handled separately.

NextHow it works

Training that is built, adjusted, explained.

  1. Built around the goal.

The athlete sets their goal, the race date and the time they have. PREVAIL structures the preparation into training blocks, then spreads key sessions and volume around their constraints, so they arrive ready on race day.

  2. Adjusted to the condition of the day.

Every morning, PREVAIL analyses the physiological signals and checks that the planned load still fits. When needed, it adjusts the session’s intensity, volume or scheduling.

  3. Explained, and reversible.

Every adjustment states what changes and which signals justify it. The athlete accepts it or keeps the planned session.

Three signals. A proposal that evolves.

The principle behind PREVAIL’s analysis: dozens of signals are compared with the athlete’s own baseline, not on fixed values.

Moving a signal changes the proposed session. Nothing applies without the athlete’s agreement while the form score stays above 26; below that, PREVAIL can lighten the session on its own.

NextWho it is for

For experienced endurance athletes.

PREVAIL is built for runners and triathletes who already train consistently, prepare for specific goals and want a structured plan, detailed sessions and data that is analysed with a real purpose.

This typical profile is not an entry requirement: PREVAIL adapts to each athlete’s level, available time and goal — including those who are just starting out or preparing for their first race.

PREVAIL gives them a framework to structure their preparation more effectively and make fuller use of their potential.

Measuring is not enough.Understand, then adapt.

All your training, in one place.

PREVAIL turns the athlete’s data into concrete decisions for every stage of their preparation.

Understand your form. Build your plan. Complete your sessions. Adapt your nutrition. Analyse your progress.

From the first signal of the day to the analysis of performances, every screen plays a part in the athlete’s preparation — and every piece of data feeds into the next.

Screens shown in French — the app’s only language today. An English version of the app is coming soon.

01Cockpit

Every morning, understand your current form and the session your day calls for.

The Cockpit is the first screen the athlete finds when opening PREVAIL. It gives a clear reading of the day’s form and shows what that means for the session.

  • The form score out of 100 and the key markers, built from the main physiological signals: sleep, HRV and resting heart rate.
  • The day’s decision: PREVAIL compares the athlete’s physiological state with the planned session and recommends keeping or adjusting it, with a clear explanation.
  • The day’s session, directly accessible from the Cockpit.
  • The daily check-in, to record how the athlete feels and let PREVAIL enrich its analysis.
  • The PREVAIL chat, available at any time to understand a recommendation or ask a question.

Current form. Today’s session. PREVAIL’s recommendations.

02Plan

Your plan, all the way to race day.

The Plan gives the athlete a complete view of their preparation, from the current week to race day. Every session fits into a structured progression built around their goal.

  • The phases of the preparation: aerobic base, build, specific and taper.
  • Progress through the plan: the current phase, the week within the block and training volume spread day by day.
  • The detail of each day, with the option to add a session when the athlete wants to complement or adapt their training.
  • Projected form, to see how form is expected to build up to the peak planned for race day.
  • Sessions straight to the watch: a session can be sent to a compatible device. Once completed and confirmed, it syncs back to PREVAIL automatically to be analysed.

A structured plan for your goal. A plan that evolves with you.

03Session

Every session, structured and explained.

Before each session starts, the athlete knows exactly what to do, from the first block to the last, and why this session matters in their preparation.

  • The session’s goal, with the reason for its place in the plan and what it is meant to develop.
  • The session’s structure, block by block, with the duration, zone and power or pace to hold for each.
  • A cue for every block: what to feel, what to focus on and which zones to stay in.
  • The session straight on the watch, leaving nothing to focus on but the session itself and executing it well.
  • Nutrition around the effort, with recommendations suited to the session.

Know what to do. Understand why. Execute it well.

04Nutrition

Your nutrition adapts to your training load.

PREVAIL matches the athlete’s nutritional needs to what they are actually about to do, rather than to a fixed average. Every day is adjusted to their training load and goal.

  • The day’s energy needs, split between metabolism and the energy the planned training requires.
  • Macronutrient intake: carbohydrates, protein and fat in grams per kilo, each placed within its recommended range.
  • Hydration, with daily needs and the amount to drink during the effort.
  • Weight over time, to follow its trajectory in line with the athlete’s goal.
  • The nutrition week, with carbohydrate intake day by day.

Fuelling every session. Powering performance.

05Analysis

Understand what your data says about your progress.

The Analysis screen lets the athlete follow how their form and performance evolve over time. Every data point is read against their own baseline, to understand what their training really produces.

  • Recovery, with HRV, resting heart rate and sleep compared with their baseline ranges.
  • Training load over the past seven days, set against their usual recent load.
  • The aerobic signature, with how bike power and running pace evolve at the same heart rate.
  • How training is distributed: the share of each discipline against what the plan prescribes, and the time spent in each intensity zone.
  • Analyses that evolve with the data.

Measure. Understand. Progress.

Frequently asked questions.

What happens if you miss a session?

PREVAIL assesses its importance in the athlete’s preparation and the load planned for the following days. If it is still needed, PREVAIL reschedules it for a better-suited moment. Otherwise, it reorganises the rest of the plan without systematically trying to make up the lost volume.

Can you decline a proposed adjustment?

Yes, in most cases. PREVAIL explains what changes and the signals behind it before any modification. The athlete can then accept the adjustment or keep the session as planned, and their choice is taken into account for the rest of the plan. When several critical signals line up, however, PREVAIL can lighten the session by itself, without waiting for that agreement — the athlete can still restore it afterwards.

How is PREVAIL different from a plan found online?

A fixed plan follows a progression set in advance. Every morning, PREVAIL matches the planned session to the athlete’s physiological state, completed sessions and constraints. When a gap justifies it, PREVAIL proposes an explained adjustment without losing sight of the goal.

Who can access your data?

The athlete’s measurements are processed by PREVAIL and by the technical providers the service needs to operate. Access is limited to what is necessary. This data is neither sold nor used for advertising. The athlete can export it or request its deletion at any time.
